|If you have extensive experience as a Project Engineer in the food industry and would like to conquer the challenges of a progressive and growing company, this is your job.
-You will be working with mechanical, structural, civil, electrical and architectural. Responsible for managing utility projects including ammonia refrigeration, wastewater, HVAC, electrical distribution, hydraulics, high and low pressure air and high and low pressure water, warehousing and employee welfare areas
-Improvement feasibility of projects process responsibilities
-Accomplish technical needs support by understanding customer requirements, market demands, and competitors' capabilities and products, identifying and analyzing trends in technology, understanding and quantifying company strengths and shortcomings and conferring and collaboration with other members of management
-Procedures for engineering operations development
-Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field with a minimum of 7- years of experience in a food processing environment.
-Strong understanding of computers and computerized process control as well as AutoCAD.
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Must be capable of supervising crews and or maintenance personnel during projects.
-Flexible to work weekends, holidays and nights depending on projects.
