AUTOCAD/REVIT TECHNICIAN/CIVIL 3D TECHNICIANS #108549CMTA

We are looking for drafters at many levels! Full time, on site employee positions for different specialties. These professionals will need excellent skills within either AutoCAD for structural work, 3D electrical and plumbing drawings, 3D AutoCAD for metal fabrication, and or REVIT 3D. These are positions of great responsibility, requiring not only excellent drafting skills, but also good communication skills, organizational abilities, and attention to detail and quality. Engineering skills in different environments are a plus

Ready to work skills in one or more of the areas of:

-AutoCAD

-3D Electrical and Plumbing Drawings

-3D AutoCAD for Metal Fabrication

-AutoCAD for Steel Structural production

-AutoCAD CIVIL 3D for Civil Engineering

Examples of some of the jobs you may do if you have the skills:

-Draft and prepare layout drawings of AutoCAD Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems using AutoCAD and Revit software, or;

-CIVIL 3D project drawing for civil engineering projects

-If you begin with Revit skills you and expand those Revit capabilities as quickly as possible as part of your job requirement

-Produce draft designs and diagrams according to the given instructions.

-Compile data and specifications sheets on drawings.

-Assist and coordinate with designers and engineers.

-Prepare/update drawings and details to meet project deadline.

-Collaborate and communicate with designers, constructors and engineers on projects.

-Revise drawings and layouts to accommodate changes and enhancements.

-Organize drawing files.

-Create and maintain drawing in accordance with client and company standards.

-Plans, section, details, and notes

-Responsible for presentation of drawings including line weights and colors, maintaining drafting standards and guidelines, neat and clean presentation, attention to detail,

-Comfortable with using various file sharing software.

-Maintain and prioritize internal and external deadlines.
