If you are a sales professional that knows they can successfully be responsible for servicing existing accounts, leading a sales team, and developing new business within the assigned territory this is an excellent opportunity for you.

Some of the responsibilities you will have include, but are not limited to:
-Implement marketing strategies; analyze trends, increase sales penetration and sales margins in all sales territories
-Places a priority on giving excellent customer service through thorough knowledge and practice of the company’s products and mission
-Schedule workshops and bakery shows
-Coordinates sales promotions with vendors and presents to customers
-Hires and trains and manages sales representative
-Strengthen employee engagement, performance, and productivity and breaks down performance barriers
-Hold team accountable for meeting key performance targets; execute procedures and programs to increase team productivity, team effectiveness, and quality of work
-Administers verbal and written feedback including corrective actions and performance reviews
-Address employee issues and opportunities in a direct, timely and constructive manner partnering with the Human Resources Manager as needed


Sales Manager must live near the home office in Fresno, CA, however, if the candidate selected does not reside in the general Fresno area some relocation assistance is available.
-BS/BA in Business Administration or equivalent of education and experience
-2-3 years’ experience in sales management in the retail bakery/wholesale, food services
-Ability to write, speak and present effectively and persuasively at all levels
-Strong analytical and business planning skills
-Proficient at Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel)
-Reliable transportation as will use personal car
-Must be able to travel 50% as the sales territory is from Chico to Bakersfield
-Valid Driver’s License
-Clean driving record and valid car insurance
-Reliable transportation
-Must pass drug test and background investigation
